The WetnWild BeautyBenefits Dual Effects Lip Pencil glides on smoothly and blends well, but they also added something extra. On the other side of the pencil there is a balm that plumps and conditions the lips with botanical extracts. All of the lip pencil colors are natural looking, matte shades (we liked the Raisin shade the most). The order of operation is balm, liner, then lipstick or gloss. We don’t suggest trying to use the liner all over, it’s a bit too dry to try to use it as a lipstick as well. The balm has a nice lightweight texture that went perfectly under our lip color.

Usually long wearing lipliner is synonymous with dry as sandpaper. The Revlon ColorStay Lipliner is long lasting, but it doesn’t have a dry feel to it at all. The self-sharpening liner glides over your lips and does not settle into lines. It blended well with our lipstick and worked well with our gloss. If you want marathon wear, you can fill your lips in with the lipcolor then add lipstick. If you are just looking for some definition, try putting on gloss FIRST then put the lipliner on top of it.
ack anytime soon. Using lipliners with lipgloss can have you looking like your channeling the 90′s in just a couple of hours of wear. If you want to bring your lip gloss back to 2009 you’ll want to try Prestige Lightshine Sheer Gloss Liner. It has a shiny finish and a lower level of pigment, so it actually goes with gloss. At last, no more harsh lines!
